Lyra theme provides a section, namely "Footer" in this section. There are many options available , as you can see in the below points and screenshot.

In this section, you can change the background and foreground color of a section using the color scheme.

Layout
Customization of the "Layout" in this section is as follows:
Full width
Container
Top menu heading
Enter the heading text that will appear above the top menu.
Select top menu
Choose which menu to display in the top menu area. It shows only top-level and sub-menu items.
Custom scrolling text
Enable scrolling textbox Toggle to enable or disable a scrolling text box in the section. Text Enter the main scrolling text to display in the scrolling textbox. Font Select the font for the scrolling text. Changing the font may affect store performance. Use default font Toggle to enable the default font for the scrolling text instead of a custom one. Text size Adjust the font size for the scrolling text, measured in pixels. Scroll speed Adjust the speed at which the scrolling text moves, measured in seconds. Subtext Enter additional information or subtext below the scrolling text.
Email Signup
Enable newsletter Toggle to enable or disable the newsletter signup form. Heading Enter the heading text that appears above the newsletter signup form. Font Select the font for the heading text. Changing the font may affect store performance. Use default font Toggle to use the default font instead of a custom one for the heading. Description Enter a description or subheading that appears below the heading in the signup form.
Social media icons
Show social media icons Toggle to show or hide social media icons in the section.
Follow on Shop
Enable follow on shop Use shopify app.
Country/region selector
Enable country/region selector By enabling this checkbox, you can see country/region selector in the footer section. Show country flag Toggle to display the country flag next to the selector. Label Choose the label style: Currency only, Country only, or both.
Language selector
Enable language selector By enabling this checkbox, you can see Language selector in the footer section.
Payment methods
Show payment icons By enabling this checkbox, you can see payment icons in the footer section.
Policy links
Show policy links By enabling this checkbox, you can see policy links in the footer section.
Additional information
Enable border top Toggle to add a top border to the footer section. Additional copyright text Enter custom copyright or other additional text to display in the footer. Show “Powered by Shopify” text Toggle to show or hide the default Shopify attribution text.
Spacing
Top margin You can adjust the range of the Top margin to increase or decrease the Top spacing as needed.
Add block
To add block to the Footer section, click on the 'Add block'. There are many options available , as you can see in the below points and screenshot.

Heading
Enter text to display as a title on the footer menus.

Click on "Select menu" to add a menu in the footer.
Contact
Logo
Upload a logo image for the contact section.
Logo width
Adjust the width of the logo image in pixels (px).
Heading
Enter text to display as a title in the text block.
Subtext
Enter text to display as a description in the "Text" block.
Address
Enter text to display as a "Address" on the contact block.
Phone
Enter text to display as a "Phone" on the contact block.
Enter text to display as a contact "E-Mail" on the "Brand information" block.
Show icons
Toggle to show or hide social media or other icons in the contact section.

Image
Used image to add to the image in the section.
Image width
"Image width" is used to change the size of the section image. You can give the minimum width "50px" and maximum width "550px" of the image.

Customization of "Image alignment on large screen" in desktop devices is as follows:

Heading
Enter text to display as a title on the "Newsletter."
Description
Enter text to display as a description on the "Newsletter" block.
