Poco theme provides a section, namely "Footer" in this section. There are many options available , as you can see in the below points and screenshot.

Show background By enabling this, you can see newsletter box background show. Background opacity Use "Background opacity" to customize the opacity in the newsletter section. You can set a Minimum width "15%" and a maximum width "100%" can be given. Enable blur background By enabling this, to display newsletter block background with blur effect.

By enabling this checkbox, you can see policy links in the footer section.
Footer logo
Logo Select image for footer logo. Logo width Use "Logo width" to customize the width of logo in the footer section. You can set a Minimum width "80px" and a maximum width "110px" can be given.
Payment methods
Show payment icons
By enabling this checkbox, you can see payment icons in the footer section.
Use monochrome icons
By enabling this checkbox, you can see payment icons in monochrome style footer section.
Spacing
Top margin You can adjust the range of the Top margin to increase or decrease the Top spacing as needed.
Add block
To add block to the Footer section, click on the 'Add block'. There are many options available , as you can see in the below points and screenshot.

The "Social media/contact" block can be taken into use to highlight important information, such as promotions, or contact information.

Background color
Use this settings to set background color of Country/region and language selector button in the footer section.
Text color
Use this settings to set foreground color of Country/region and language selector button in the footer section.
Store information
Heading
Enter text to display as a title in the "Store information" block.
Address
Enter text to display as a "Address" on the "Store information" block.
Phone
Enter text to display as a "Phone" on the "Store information" block.
Enter text to display as a contact "E-Mail" on the "Store information" block.

Used image to add to the image in the section.
Image width
"Image width" is used to change the size of the section image. You can give the minimum width "50px" and maximum width "500px" of the image.

Customization of "Position on desktop" in desktop devices is as follows:
