Use "Image" to add the image to the section. If google map is enable then image not display.
Contact text
Heading Enter text to display as a title in the section. Description Enter text to display as a description in the section. Contact heading Enter text to display as a company information heading in the section. Contact description Enter text to display as a contact description in the section. Contact details Enter Number to display as a contact details in the section. Show social media icons By enabling this checkbox, you can show social media icons. Follow heading Enter text to display as a social icons heading in the section.

To add block to the Contact form section, click on the 'Add block'. There are many options available , as you can see in the below points and screenshot.
Add the text you want for the label of the text field.
Add the text you want for the placeholder of the text field.
Add options for "Radio buttons" and "Select box".
