Use "Background image" to add the image to the section.
Image overlay opacity
By enabling this checkbox, you have the ability to change the opacity of the image overlay. Modify the "Image Overlay Opacity" setting to increase or decrease the opacity level of the overlay on the banner image.

Add block
To add blocks to the Embedded image heading section, click on the 'Image'. There are many options available , as you can see in the below points and screenshot.
Image
Use "Image" to add the image to the section.
Image width
"Maximum image width" is to specify how many size to show in a section. You can show a minimum of “60px” and a maximum of “150px” image size.
Heading
Enter text to display as a title below the image.
