To add blocks to the Video with text section, click on the 'Add block'. There are many options available similar to the video, as you can see in the below points and screenshot:
Heading
Click on the "Add block" and select the Heading. And enter text to display as a title on the section.
Caption
Click on the "Add block" and select Caption. And enter text to display as a Caption on the section.
Button label
Click on the "Add block" and select the Button. Use "Button label" to add a label to the Button in the section.
Button link
Click on the "Add block" and select the Button. Use "Button link" to add a link to the Button in the section.
